Twenty years of building the systems.
Now building the organizations that use them.

Brian Pellnitz is a technology executive with nearly 20 years of experience building scalable platforms, leading high-performance engineering organizations, and driving enterprise transformation.
He spent 11 years at A2 Global Electronics in St. Petersburg, advancing from Software Developer to IT Director while architecting the systems that powered growth from $250M to $1.2B in annual revenue — without a single dollar of additional IT budget. Along the way he deployed enterprise automation agents in 2018 and machine learning quoting algorithms in 2019, well ahead of mainstream AI adoption, and built a 9-person engineering team with zero voluntary turnover from 2019 through 2025.
He founded GainWise Partners in August 2025 to bring that operating experience to SMB and mid-market organizations across Central Florida's I-4 corridor. By reverse-engineering the processes behind the A2 results, he created AICOS™ — the AI Capability Operating System: an executive operating model for building AI as an organizational capability, with a people-first, tool-agnostic approach.

AI transformation takes more than one discipline.
GainWise works with a growing network of complementary firms so clients get the full capability an AICOS engagement calls for — training, change management, marketing, and finance expertise alongside AI strategy and delivery.
